beaches, palm trees, the warm tropical sun. . . everything seems perfect. For Neptuno
Networks, this wasn't always the case. Pedro Andrés Presindent of Neptuno Networks,
recalls the often stormy days of running a broadband systems integration company in the
caribbean. At one point Mr. Andrés was working with as many as 10 different vendors.
